7. APPLICABLE LAW  AND JURIDICTION

These Terms and conditions are governed by Belgian Law. In case of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable settlement, the dispute will be submitted  to the Courts of the Judicial District ,where Salsa Elegance has its head office

Salsa Elegance reserves the right to modify, expand and remove, limit or interrupt the site and its services at any time, without prior notice, and without its liability. In case of violation of the Terms and conditions by the user, Salsa Elegance reserves the right to take appropriate sanctions and recovery measures. Salsa Elegance, specially reserves the right to temporally, or permanently refuse the user access to the site,or our services.The measures can be taken without giving reasons,and without prior notice . They cannot take any responsibility for Salsa Elegance , nor give rise to any form of compensation. The illegality or the total or partial invalidity of a provision of our general trems and conditions will not affect the validity and application of the other provisions. In such a case, we have the right to replace the provision with another valid provision of  similar effect .
